SAN JOSE, Calif., March 11 (UPI) -- Evgeni Nabokov notched his seventh shutout of the season as San Jose blanked troubled Edmonton, 3-0, Sunday.

Nabokov blocked all 22 shots fired at him.

Steve Bernier, Kyle McLaren and Matt Carle each scored for the Sharks, who have won three of four and remain tied with Dallas and Minnesota for fifth place in the Western Conference with 85 points.

Dwayne Roloson made 28 saves for the Oilers, who have dropped seven straight and 11 of their last 13 games.
