MINNEAPOLIS, March 7 (UPI) -- Free agent wide receiver Bobby Wade has signed a deal with the Minnesota Vikings, the NFL team announced Wednesday.

The five-year deal is worth a total of $15 million, the Minneapolis Star-Tribune reported.

Wade is a five-year NFL veteran, having played for the Chicago Bears and Tennessee Titans. With the Titans last year Wade caught 33 passes for 461 yards and two touchdowns. He also returned 50 kicks for a 23.9-yard average.

He has played 58 games in his NFL career, totaling 101 catches for 1,199 yards and two touchdowns. He has 42 receptions in 2004 when he was with the Bears.

Chicago made Wade a fifth-round draft pick in 2003.
