DETROIT, March 6 (UPI) -- Johan Franzen had a shootout goal Tuesday to give the Detroit Red Wings a 4-3 victory over the Nashville Predators.

Mathieu Schneider scored the 200th goal of his career, 25 seconds after Robert Lang tied the game in the second period for the Red Wings, who won for the third time in four games.

Pavel Datsyuk also scored in the shootout and in regulation for the Red Wings. Chris Osgood made 24 saves, plus a stop on Martin Erat to end the shootout.

Erat, Jason Arnott and Greg Zanon each scored in regulation for the Predators, who have lost two straight after a four-game winning streak.

Tomas Vokoun made 32 saves for Nashville, which has played six of its last seven games in either overtime or a shootout.
