NHL: Columbus 3, N.Y. Rangers 2

NEW YORK, Feb. 24 (UPI) -- Rick Nash scored the winning goal late in the second period Saturday night as the Columbus Blue Jackets came from two goals down to beat the Rangers, 3-2.

Columbus scored twice shorthanded.

The Blue Jackets ended a three-game losing streak with Fredrik Norrena making 40 saves. Nash broke a 2-2 tie with 4:06 remaining in the second period with teammate Anders Eriksson in the penalty box for hooking.

Blair Betts and Jaromir Jagr scored for the Rangers, who have lost four of their last five games.
