LOS ANGELES, Feb. 23 (UPI) -- Kevin Bieksa scored the game-winning goal with 3:56 remaining Thursday night, as the Vancouver Canucks beat the Los Angeles Kings, 3-2.

Brendan Morrison and Trevor Linden scored, Markus Naslund had a pair of assists, and Roberto Luongo made 31 stops for the Canucks, who won their sixth straight game.

John Zeiler and Lubomir Visnovsky scored, and Mathieu Garon allowed three goals on 30 shots for the Kings, who lost for the third time in their last five games.

On the winning goal, Josh Green passed to Naslund in the right corner, and Naslund skated toward the net and dumped the puck in front of the goal -- where Bieksa picked it up and put it away for the decisive score.
