Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24
SEATTLE, Feb. 21 (UPI) -- Rashard Lewis poured in 34 points and nabbed seven rebounds Tuesday to lead the Seattle SuperSonics over the Memphis Grizzlies, 121-105.
The Sonics won their third straight game. Ray Allen scored 27 points; Luke Ridnour scored 15 points and tallied 12 assists and Chris Wilcox scored 13 points and pulled down 15 boards. Nick Collison also grabbed a double-double, with 10 points and 14 rebounds.
In a losing effort, Pau Gasol scored 17 points and grabbed 12 boards for the Grizzlies, who lost their fifth straight on the road. Mike Miller scored 20 points, and Rudy Gay 9.
