Kendrick, 4 others reach terms with Angels

TEMPE, Ariz., Feb. 21 (UPI) -- Infielder Howie Kendrick and four other players have agreed to contract terms with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, the team announced Wednesday.

Financial details of the deals were not released.

Kendrick was a rookie last season and hit .285 with four home runs and 30 runs batted in over 72 games.

The Angeles also reached deals with infielder Casey Kotchman, catcher Jeff Mathis and pitchers Dustin Moseley and Phil Seibel.
