NHL: Nashville 3, Anaheim 0

NASHVILLE, Feb. 4 (UPI) -- Jason Arnott had a goal and an assist and Tomas Vokoun made 36 saves Saturday night as the Nashville Predators beat Anaheim, 3-0.

Dan Hamhuis and Steve Sullivan also scored for the Predators, who ended a two-game losing streak as Vokoun posted his third shutout of the season.

Jean-Sebastien Giguere made 17 saves for Anaheim, which lost for the first time in its last three games.

Hamhuis opened the scoring for Nashville at 4:52 of the first period when his shot hit Teemu Selanne's stick and slipped past Giguere.

The Predators went up, 2-0, at :56 of the second period on the power-play, as Arnott scored on a feed from Kimmo Timonen. Sullivan wrapped up the scoring on a power-play goal late in the third.
