
INDIANAPOLIS, Feb. 2 (UPI) -- Jermaine O'Neal scored a team-high 22 points Friday night to lead the Indiana Pacers past the Los Angeles Lakers, 95-84.
Darrell Armstrong led a 19-4 run -- scoring eight of his 14 points during the surge -- as Indiana out-scored the Lakers, 32-14, in the fourth quarter.
The Pacers held a 46-43 at halftime, but the Lakers went up, 70-61, at the end of three.
Jamaal Tinsley had 16 points and six assists, Armstrong and Danny Granger both scored 14 points, Mike Dunleavy had 10 points and five rebounds, and Jeff Foster added nine points and 12 rebounds as the Pacers won for the fifth time in their last six games.
Kobe Bryant had 22 points, five rebounds and four assists to lead the Lakers. Smush Parker had 20 points and three rebounds.
Vladimir Radmanovic had 11 points and seven rebounds, and Lamar Odom had 10 points and 12 rebounds for the Lakers, who have lost twice in their last three games.
