COL BKB: Ohio State 66, Michigan St. 64

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Jan. 27 (UPI) -- Greg Oden scored 19 points Saturday night as the fifth-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes edges the Michigan State Spartans, 66-64.

Oden shot just 4-of-10 from the floor, but he made 11-of-14 free throws.

Jamar Butler added 12 points for the Buckeyes (18-3, 6-1 Big Ten), who have won five in a row since losing to third-ranked Wisconsin Jan. 9.

Ohio State has won 21 consecutive home games.

Drew Neitzel led the Spartans (17-5, 4-3) with 29 points. Raymar Morgan added 14, as Michigan State saw a four-game winning streak end.
