COL BKB: Texas A&M 67, Oklahoma St. 49

COLLEGE STATION, Texas, Jan. 20 (UPI) -- Acie Law IV scored 16 points Saturday night and the No. 8 Texas A&M Aggies lead throughout in a 67-49 Big 12 win over the 14th-ranked Oklahoma State Cowboys.

Texas A&M won its ninth straight and ran its record to 16-2 overall, and 4-0 in the Big 12. Oklahoma State is 16-3 overall and 2-2 in the Big 12.

The Aggies scored 14 of the game's first 20 points and led by as many as 15 in the first half.

Oklahoma State fought back to within three at 40-37 when Kenny Cooper hit a jump shot with 14:42 to go, but Texas A&M scored the next six points and the Cowboys didn't get as close as three again.

Texas A&M was balanced, with Law's 16 leading the way but closely followed by Antanas Kavaliauskas' 14-point effort and 13 from Joseph Jones.

JamesOn Curry paced the Cowboys with 20 points.
