COL BKB: Michigan St 76, UW-Green Bay 64

EAST LANSING, Mich., Dec. 23 (UPI) -- Drew Neitzel scored 22 points Saturday to lead the 25th-ranked Michigan State Spartans to a 76-64 victory over the Wisconsin-Green Bay Phoenix.

Goran Suton had 14 points and 15 rebounds for the Spartans (12-2), who won their sixth straight game and also remained undefeated at home at 10-0. Travis Walton added 11 points and eight assists.

Mike Schachtner led the Phoenix with 14 points. Ryan Evanochko had 11 points and seven assists, as UW-Green Bay had its three-game winning streak snapped.

The Spartans, who improved to 5-0 all-time versus the Phoenix, won the rebound battle, 32-24, and committed just seven turnovers in the game.
