CHICAGO, Dec. 17 (UPI) -- A 25-yard field goal by Robbie Gould with about four minutes left in overtime Sunday afternoon gave Chicago a 34-31 win over Tampa Bay.
The Bears (12-2), who have won the NFC North Division, clinched home-field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs with their third straight win.
It was not easy, as they blew a 21-3 halftime lead after giving up 21 points in the fourth quarter.
Rex Grossman threw for two touchdowns and 339 yards on 29-for-44 passing. The touchdown passes went to tight end Desmond Clark, who made seven receptions for 125 yards.
Thomas Jones and Cedrick Benson both ran for touchdowns and Gould kicked two field goals.
After replacing starter Bruce Gradkowski, Tim Rattay threw three touchdown passes for the Buccaneers (3-11), who tied the game at 31-31 with their big fourth quarter before suffering their fourth straight loss.
