COL BKB: Wisconsin 68, Wisc.-Milwaukee 49

MADISON, Wis., Dec. 14 (UPI) -- Alando Tucker had 20 points Wednesday night, as Wisconsin raced out to a 15-point halftime lead and belted out-manned Wisconsin-Milwaukee, 68-49.

Tucker also had two assists and four rebounds for the seventh-ranked Badgers, who are in a stretch of five straight games against 2006 NCAA Tournament teams.

Brian Butch had 11 points and eight rebounds, and Kammron Taylor added 10 points as Wisconsin won its fifth straight game.

Its 10-1 record ties the team's best record after 11 games and represents the best start for Coach Bo Ryan at the Big Ten school.

With 13 points, Paige Paulsen was the only player in double figures for the Panthers (2-10), who have dropped six games in a row.

Former Badger assistant Rob Jeter is in his second season as head coach at Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
