JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Dec. 10 (UPI) -- Fred Taylor and Maurice Jones-Drew both rushed for more than 100 yards Sunday afternoon as the Jacksonville Jaguars blasted Indianapolis, 44-17.
The Jaguars gained 375 rushing yards against the near-defenseless Colts to get the third win in their last four games.
Jones-Drew scored twice and gained 166 yards on 15 carries, and ran the second half kickoff 93 yards for a touchdown.
Taylor scored once and picked up 131 yards on nine carries. Alvin Pearman added 71 yards on 13 carries for Jacksonville -- which had a 24-10 halftime lead and never allowed the Colts to mount any kind of rally.
Peyton Manning was 25-for-51 passing for 314 yards but no touchdowns for Indianapolis. Reggie Wayne made eight receptions for 111 yards, and Marvin Harrison had six catches for 100 yards for the reeling Colts -- who have dropped three in a row after starting the season with eight straight wins.
The loss denied Indianapolis the chance to clinch the AFC South Division title.
