VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Dec. 5 (UPI) -- The Edmonton Oilers blanked the Vancouver Canucks, 4-0, Monday as Dwayne Roloson stopped all 36 shots on goal, earning his second shutout of the season.

Petr Sykora had two assists, Raffi Torres had a goal and one assist and Shawn Horcoff, Daniel Tjarnqvist and Joffrey Lupul scored for Edmonton, which snapped a three-game losing skid.

Roberto Luongo made only 14 saves in the loss for Vancouver, which has dropped two of its last three games.
