NBA: Minnesota 95, Philadelphia 84

PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 4 (UPI) -- Ricky Davis scored 22 points and Minnesota broke a three-game losing streak Sunday with a 95-84 win over the Philadelphia 76ers.

Davis also had three rebounds, three assists and two blocked shots for Minnesota. Mike James had 20 points and six assists; Kevin Garnett had 15 points, 14 rebounds and six assists; and Mark Blount added 13 points, seven rebounds and two steals for the Timberwolves, who won despite committing a season-high 24 turnovers.

Allen Iverson -- who made only six of 19 shots -- had 26 points, seven assists and three steals for Philadelphia. Samuel Dalembert had 15 points and nine rebounds, while Andre Iguodala added 12 points and five assists for the 76ers, who suffered their fourth straight loss and eighth in their last nine games.

Minnesota led, 47-44 at halftime, but Philadelphia led most of the third quarter. The Timberwolves used a 9-0 run to build a 73-65 advantage heading into the fourth.
