COL FB: BYU 33, Utah 31

SALT LAKE CITY, Nov. 25 (UPI) -- John Beck threw a TD pass to Jonny Harline with no time left Saturday as No. 21 BYU beat Utah, 33-31, to preserve a perfect record in the Mountain West.

Utah had taken the lead with 1:19 left after a 19-yard touchdown catch by Brent Casteel capped an 83-yard drive.

On BYU's final drive, Beck completed passes of 15, 16 and 19 yards to highlight a 10-play, 75-yard march.

BYU had already accepted an invitation to play in the Las Vegas Bowl against a yet-to-be-determined opponent from the Pac-10 Conference.

Beck completed 28-of-43 passes for 375 yards with four touchdowns for the Cougars (10-2, 8-0).

Harline caught seven passes for 118 yards and three touchdowns.

Brett Ratliff completed 24-of-39 passes for 358 yards and three touchdowns for the Utes (7-5, 5-3).
