They led, 45-32, at the half.

Deven Mitchell had 13 points and 10 rebounds, and Nathan Bilyeu scored seven points.

Arlando Tucker had 26 points and seven rebounds for Wisconsin. Michael Flowers had 10 points, six assists and two steals for the Badgers (4-1), who joined the growing list of major schools that have been upset in the early stages of the men's college basketball season.

Among the other upset victims are second-ranked North Carolina, 15th-ranked Arizona and No. 16 Georgetown.

Tucker missed a three-point shot at the buzzer that could have given the Badgers a win. The loss denied Wisconsin Coach Bo Ryan of his 500th career victory.
