NHL: N.Y. Rangers 4, Anaheim 3 (ot)

ANAHEIM, Calif., Nov. 2 (UPI) -- Jaromir Jagr scored a goal late in overtime, lifting the New York Rangers to a 4-3 victory over the Anaheim Ducks.

The Rangers needed just 19 seconds of an overtime power play to notch the win Wednesday. With the Ducks' Francois Beauchemin sent off for roughing with 2:10 left, Jagr beat goalie Jean-Sebasatien Giguere with a high shot for the game-winner.

New York also got two assists and a goal from Brendan Shanahan, who has 11 goals on the season. Blair Betts had a Rangers goal late in the first period and New York's Petr Prucha had a goal 4:47 into the third period that tied the score at 3-3.

Teemu Selanne, Chris Pronger and Ryan Getzlaf had goals for Anaheim, which has yet to lose a game in regulation this season. The Ducks are the first team to record at least one point in the first 13 games of a season since the 1994-95 Pittsburgh Penguins.
