Johnson set a franchise record with 39 rushing attempts. He piled up 155 yards with three rushing touchdowns and had two pass receptions for 26 yards and his fourth touchdown in the Chiefs' 35-28 victory over Seattle.

Jones, the conference's defensive player of the week, had two interceptions and five tackles in the Browns' 20-13 win over the New York Jets. His second interception came in the fourth quarter and protected Cleveland's lead.

Vinatieri kicked the winning field goal -- a 37-yarder -- in the closing seconds of the Colts' 34-31 victory at Denver. He also had field goals of 42, 30 and 48 yards. Wednesday's announcement marked his second AFC special teams player of the week honor this season and 10th overall.
