NHL: Washington 4, Calgary, 2

CALGARY, Alberta, Oct. 31 (UPI) -- The Washington Capitals polished off a four-game road trip with a 4-2 win Monday over the Calgary Flames.

The Caps' Richard Zednik scored two straight goals.

Dainius Zubrus also scored a pair of goals for the Capitals, who have split their last four games. Alexander Ovechkin and Shaone Morrisonn added a pair of assists each. Olaf Kolzig blocked 37 shots on 39 attempts.

Kristian Huselius and Jarome Iginla scored for the Flames, who have lost five of their last six. Iginla added an assist, and Miikka Kiprusoff blocked 27- of-30 shots.
