NFL: Tennessee 25, Washington 22

LANDOVER, Md., Oct. 15 (UPI) -- Rob Bironas kicked a 30-yard field goal with 5:11 remaining to give the Tennessee Titans a 25-22 victory over Washington and their first win of the season.

It was his third field goal of the game.

The Titans (1-4) got a career-high 178 yards rushing and a touchdown on 32 carries from running back Travis Henry. Rookie quarterback Vince Young was 13-of-25 passing for 161 yards, one touchdown, and no interceptions.

After trailing, 14-3 in the second quarter, Tennessee scored 19 straight points during one stretch to build an eight-point lead.

For the Redskins (2-4), running back Clinton Portis gained 58 yards and scored twice on 14 carries; Mark Brunell went 16-of-30 for 180 yards, one touchdown, and one interception and Santana Moss caught five passes for 50 yards.
