GLENDALE, Ariz., Oct. 6 (UPI) -- Steve Reinprecht had a goal and four assists Thursday night as the Phoenix Coyotes beat the New York Islanders, 6-3.

Ladislav Nagy had two goals and an assist and Shane Doan had one goal and two assists for the Coyotes. Phoenix goalie Curtis Joseph recorded 26 saves.

Viktor Kozlov scored twice and Islanders goalie Rick DiPietro allowed six goals on 32 shots.
