His fourth reception of the game went for 68 yards and a score 1:49 into overtime, giving the Redskins a 36-30 victory over the Jaguars.

It was the third time in his career Moss, a first-round draft pick by the New York Jets in 2001, scored three touchdowns in a game and the three scoring catches in one game tied a franchise record.

Also earning NFC honors were Atlanta kicker Morten Andersen (special teams), who was 5-for-5 in field goals in the Falcons' 32-10 victory over the Arizona Cardinals, and Chicago defensive tackle Tommie Harris (defense), who recorded five tackles, two sacks and four quarterback hurries as the Bears routed Seattle, 37-6.
