BATON ROUGE, La., Sept. 30 (UPI) -- JaMarcus Russell passed for 330 yards and three touchdowns Saturday afternoon as 10th-ranked LSU mauled Mississippi State, 48-17.

Russell was 18-of-20 passing and had no interceptions; Craig Davis had six catches for 101 yards and one touchdown; Dwayne Bowe made five catches for 95 yards and one touchdown; Early Doucet caught a 37-yard touchdown pass; Charles Scott ran for two touchdowns; Alley Broussard ran for one scre; and Richard Dickson made one reception for 55 yards for the Tigers (4-1, 1-1 SEC), whose leading rusher, Jacob Hester, had 49 yards and one touchdown on eight carries.

Omar Conner was 15-of-28 for 212 yards and one touchdown; Tony Burks made four receptions and one touchdown for 103 yards; and Derek Pegues scored a touchdown on a 23-yard interception return in the third quarter for the Bulldogs (1-4, 0-3 SEC).
