Sept. 24, 2006 at 7:05 PM

PITTSBURGH, Sept. 24 (UPI) -- T.J. Houshmandzadeh caught two fourth quarter touchdown passes Sunday afternoon to help the Cincinnati Bengals beat the Pittsburgh Steelers, 28-20.

Houshmandzadeh, who returned from a heel injury, had nine catches for 94 yards and the two touchdowns. Carson Palmer was 18-of-26 for 193 yards, four touchdowns and two interceptions.

Chris Henry made five catches for 69 yards and also caught two scoring passes, and Rudi Johnson rushed for 47 yards on 19 carries for the Bengals (3-0).

It was a bit of revenge for Palmer, who suffered a major knee injury on his first pass attempt in an AFC wild-card game against Pittsburgh last season.

Ben Roethlisberger was just 18-of-39 for 208 yards, no touchdowns and three interceptions. Willie Parker rushed for 133 yards and two touchdowns on 31 carries, and Cedrick Wilson made three receptions for 73 yards for the Steelers (1-2).
