
MILWAUKEE, Sept. 23 (UPI) -- Bill Hall and David Bell both had two RBI Saturday night as Milwaukee beat the San Francisco Giants, 10-8, for its fourth straight win.
Hall had two runs and two hits; Tony Graffanino had three runs, two hits and one RBI; Brady Clark and Kevin Mench both had one run and two hits; Mench had one RBI; and Bell scored twice for the Brewers (72-83).
Barry Bonds hit his 734th career homer, a solo blast in the bottom of the third, giving him sole possession of the National League record over Hank Aaron; Moises Alou hit a two-run homer and had three runs and two hits; while Randy Winn, Omar Vizquel and Shea Hillenbrand all had one RBI for the Giants (75-79), who have dropped seven of their last eight games.
The winner was Jose Capellan (4-2).
Francisco Cordero recorded his 15th save.
The loser was Jack Taschner (0-1).
