Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24
TUCSON, Sept. 23 (UPI) -- Emmanuel Moody ran for 130 yards and a touchdown Saturday night to lead third-ranked Southern California to a 20-3 victory over Arizona.
John David Booty completed 24-of-39 passes for 179 yards with one touchdown and one interception for the Trojans (3-0, 1-0 Pac-10), who overcame a three-point first half to remain undefeated.
Will Tuitama completed 14-of-23 passes for 170 yards with an interception for the Wildcats (2-2, 0-1), who have lost five straight to the Trojans.
After playing a first half that saw USC's Mario Danelo account for the only points with a 35-yard field goal, the Trojans opened it up a bit in the second half.
