DANVILLE, Calif., Sept. 22 (UPI) -- Karrie Webb and Jeong Jang share the lead after two rounds of the LPGA's Longs Drugs Challenge Golf Tournament in Danville, Calif.
Both players are 7-under 137.
Webb tied Jang, the first-day leader, with a 2-under 70 Friday, while Jang ballooned to a 1-over 73.
"I'm very pleased where I am at after the round," Kerr said. "I just came off a three-week break. I didn't do lots of work. I had some family over, my sister and her husband. I didn't really know what to expect this week, so I feel really good where I put myself these two days and played really solid today when the conditions got hard."
Maria Hjorth, Lorie Kane (71) and Stacy Prammanasudh (68) are tied for third at 6-under 138.
Four players -- Cristie Kerr (70), Brittany Lang (69), Jill McGill (71) and Morgan Pressel (68) -- are tied for sixth at 5-under 139.
