Three share European Masters lead

CRANS MONTANA, Switzerland, Sept. 7 (UPI) -- Briton Anthony Wall had a round of 5-under par 66 for a share of the lead at the Omega European Masters golf tournament in Crans Montana, Switzerland.

Walls began with six consecutive pars before sinking back-to-back birdies and shares the first round lead with Robert Coles and David Carter.

Sixteen-year-old golf sensation Michelle Wie managed two birdies in her first European Tour tournament and finished the opening round with a 7-over-par 78.
