Cardinal guard felled by dehydration

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Aug. 24 (UPI) -- Andre McGee, a University of Louisville sophomore basketball guard, passed out from dehydration during workouts earlier this week.

He was hospitalized for 48 hours, Coach Rick Pitino said on his Web site Thursday.

Pitino said several tests were run on McGee and the hospitalization was a precautionary move.
