MLB: N.Y. Mets 7, Colorado 4

NEW YORK, Aug. 20 (UPI) -- Lastings Milledge had two runs, three hits, and two RBI Saturday night as the New York Mets beat Colorado, 7-4, for their third straight win.

Carlos Beltran hit a sacrifice fly; Carlos Delgado hit an RBI single; and two runs scored on a passed ball by Colorado catcher Yorvit Torrealba and a throwing error by Garrett Atkins for the Mets (74-48).

In relief, the winner was Aaron Heilman (2-4). Billy Wagner earned his 30th save.

Atkins hit a three-run homer; while Torrealba and Matt Holliday each had a run and two hits for the Rockies (59-64), who have lost four of their last five games.

Loser Jeff Francis (9-10) surrendered five hits and six runs in 5 2/3 innings.

Before the game, the Mets celebrated the 20th anniversary of their last World Series title with a ceremony for the 1986 squad, including Keith Hernandez, Gary Carter, Lenny Dykstra, Mookie Wilson and Sid Fernandez.
