INDIANAPOLIS, Aug. 16 (UPI) -- Rookie safety Jahmile Addae was hospitalized in Indianapolis Wednesday after collapsing during the Indianapolis Colts' morning practice.

Addae became ill during the team's individual drills in Terre Haute, Ind., 75 miles southwest of Indianapolis, and was taken to a local hospital for observation, Coach Tony Dungy said.

Addae was later transferred to Indianapolis for further observation.

"It wasn't from a blow, from everything we can determine," Dungy told the Indianapolis Star. "I don't think it was heat or that type of thing."

"He's actually doing fine now," Dungy said.

The temperature was 76 degrees, with 52 percent humidity, in Terre Haute Wednesday morning, the newspaper said.
