After a long rain delay, the third-seeded Jie earned her second title of 2006 and third of her career. It was the first time in three tries she beat the top-seeded Myskina.
Myskina finished as the runner-up at this tournament for the second straight year. She has yet to win a tournament in 2006, and lost to Slovenia's Katarina Srebotnik in last year's title match.
Jie earned a first-prize of $22,900.
The rain forced the match to be played indoors.
