Harney and Tocchet, who is on leave from his position as an assistant coach with the Phoenix Coyotes, allegedly participated in an operation that took in millions of dollars from all over the country. A third man, James Ulmer of Swedesboro, N.J., has also been charged.

The charges against Tocchet and Ulmer are still pending.
