MLB: Baltimore 4, Texas 0

BALTIMORE, July 16 (UPI) -- Melvin Mora went 3-for-5 with an RBI and a run scored Sunday to lead the Baltimore Orioles to a 4-0 victory over the Texas Rangers.

Rodrigo Lopez, Kurt Birkins, Todd Williams and Chris Ray combined to shut out the Rangers. Miguel Tejada had a two-run homer for the Orioles.

Lopez (6-10) earned the win, giving up five hits and a walk with two strikeouts over 5 2/3 innings.

John Wasdin (2-2) suffered the loss after allowing four runs on seven hits with two walks and three strikeouts over 4 1/3 innings. The Rangers have lost seven of their last nine road games.
