MLB: LA Dodgers 11, Arizona 3

LOS ANGELES, July 4 (UPI) -- Aaron Sele threw six strong innings and rookie Andre Ethier racked up four RBI Tuesday as the Dodgers clobbered the Arizona Diamondbacks, 11-3.

Sele (5-2) allowed two runs on seven hits with five strikeouts and one walk.


J.D. Drew hit a pair of doubles for the Dodgers. Russell Martin finished 2-for-2 with two runs scored and one run batted in.

Enrique Gonzalez (2-2), who hasn't won in his last four games, gave up seven runs on eight hits with one strikeout and two walks in four innings for the loss.

Orlando Hudson homered for the Diamondbacks, who lost their second straight. Eric Byrnes went 2-for-5 with one RBI.
