Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24
LOS ANGELES, July 4 (UPI) -- Agnieszka Bibrzycka scored 23 points and Chantelle Anderson scored 18 to lead San Antonio to an 85-63 victory over the Los Angeles Sparks.
The victory came at the Staples Center.
Vickie Johnson scored 15 points, pulling down nine rebounds for the Silver Stars.
The Stars won their third straight game.
Shannon Johnson racked up 12 points, nine assists and eight steals for the winners. Lisa Leslie scored 23 points for the Sparks, who lost for the second time in 12 games.
