Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24

CHICAGO, June 26 (UPI) -- Chris Capuano pitched into the ninth and the Milwaukee Brewers hit four homers Monday while defeating the Chicago Cubs, 6-0.
Capuano (9-4) scattered seven hits, striking out four and walking two batters before leaving the game in the ninth after a taking an Aramis Ramirez liner off his arm.
Prince Fielder hit two home runs and Carlos Lee and Gabe Gross each hit two-run homers for the Brewers.
Neifi Perez went 3-for-4 while Derek Lee had two hits in his second game off the disabled list for the Cubs, who have lost four in a row.
Greg Maddux (7-8) suffered the loss after allowing five runs on seven hits through seven innings. He struck out seven batters.
