
DETROIT, June 26 (UPI) -- Curtis Granderson and Ivan Rodriguez each drove in three runs Monday to lead the Detroit Tigers to a 10-4 victory over the Houston Astros.
Granderson was 2-for-5 and Rodriguez 3-for-5 with a homer and two runs scored, as Detroit improved to 10-1 in its last 11 games and 11-2 in interleague play this season. Brandon Inge was 2-for-3 with an RBI and two runs scored for the Tigers.
Zach Minor (4-1) worked 5 1/3 innings, allowing three runs on 10 hits with five strikeouts and two walks, to pick up his fourth straight win. The Detroit bullpen retired 11 of 12 batters it faced.
Lance Berkman had two RBI before being ejected in the seventh, as Houston lost for the fourth time in five outings. Houston manager Phil Garner, who was also ejected with Berkman for arguing with first base umpire C.B. Bucknor.
