Ancic among Ordina Open winners

'S-HERTOGENBOSCH, Netherlands, June 21 (UPI) -- Defending champion Mario Ancic led Wednesday's winners in the second round of the Ordina Open Tennis Tournament at 's-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.

The third-seeded Ancic beat native son and wild card Raemon Sluiter, 6-7 (7-9), 7-5, 6-2.

Florent Serra of France beat No. 2 seed Tommy Robredo of Spain, 6-1, 3-6, 6-4. Marcos Baghdatis of Cyprus, the No. 6 seed, beat unseeded American Vincent Spadea, 6-2, 7-6 (7-5).

No. 7 seed Juan Carlos Ferrero of Spain topped Jurgen Melzer of Austria, 4-6, 6-3, 6-4. Jan Hernych of the Czech Republic beat No. 8 seed Novak Djokovic of Serbia, 6-2, 6-4.

Philipp Kohlschreiber of Germany beat Julien Benneteau of France, 7-6 (7-2), 7-5. Fabrice Santoro of France overcame Kristof Vliegen 2-6, 6-1, 6-4.

Hyung-Taik Lee of Korea ousted Mischa Zverev of Germany, 6-1, 6-3.
