MLB: Detroit 10, Milwaukee 1

MILWAUKEE, June 20 (UPI) -- Magglio Ordonez had two home runs and four RBI and Zach Miner a complete game Tuesday as the Detroit Tigers routed the Milwaukee Brewers, 10-1.

Miner (3-1) was outstanding in only his fourth major league start. He allowed just one run on five hits with two walks and five strikeouts. Craig Monroe and Ivan Rodriguez each homered for the Tigers, who won their sixth straight and 10th game in their last 11.

In Rick Helling's (0-1) first start of the season the veteran right-hander gave up seven runs on six hits in 2 1/3 innings. Pinch hitter Corey Hart drove in the lone run for the Brewers, who have lost two straight following a three-game win streak.
