Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24

MILWAUKEE, June 18 (UPI) -- A three-run homer by Carlos Lee in the bottom of the ninth Sunday afternoon gave Milwaukee a 6-3 win over the Cleveland Indians.
Corey Koskie and Prince Fielder also hit home runs to account for all of the runs, and Lee and Geoff Jenkins each had two hits for the Brewers (35-35), who have won five of their last six games.
Closer Derrick Turnbow improved to 4-3.
Johnny Peralta and Ronny Belliard both had three hits, while Peralta and Eddie Perez each drove in a run for the Indians (31-37), who have lost two in a row and five of their last six games.
The losing pitcher was Rafael Betancourt (0-3).
