MLB: LA Angels 12, Tampa Bay 2

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., June 6 (UPI) -- Ervin Santana outpitched Scott Kazmir and Vladimir Guerrero had two RBI Tuesday as the Los Angeles Angels posted a 12-2 win over the Tampa Bay Devil Rays.

Santana (5-3) allowed just one run on two hits with seven strikeouts and one walk in seven innings. Orlando Cabrera and Juan Rivera each had three hits for the Angels.

Chone Figgins hit a two-run home run and Jose Molina was 3-for-4 with two RBI and three runs scored in the victory.

Kazmir (7-4) struggled for a third consecutive start, yielding a season-high seven runs on nine hits with two walks and five strikeouts in 6 1/3 innings.

Carl Crawford tripled and scored both Tampa Bay runs while Ty Wigginton drove in a run, as the Devil Rays saw their two-game win streak come to an end.
