Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24

KANSAS CITY, Mo., June 4 (UPI) -- Kansas City and the New York Red Bulls played to a 1-1 draw Saturday night at Kansas City.
The Red Bulls got their goal from Chris Henderson in the 30th minute while the Wizards' Jose Burciaga finished the game's scoring with a goal in the 58th minute.
Kansas City, which is second in the Eastern Conference behind first place D.C. United, is 4-4-2 overall. The Wizards had seven shots on goal to only three by the Red Bulls.
New York is 1-2-6 and is last in the East.
United has 24 points to 11 for the Wizards.
The Red Bulls have only nine points.
Next Saturday, New York hosts Houston and Kansas City is at home to Columbus.
