MLB: Washington 10, Milwaukee 4

MILWAUKEE, June 2 (UPI) -- Jose Vidro had three runs, three hits, and two RBI Friday night as Washington clobbered Milwaukee, 10-4.

Brian Schneider hit a three-run double; Royce Clayton had three runs, one hit, and one RBI; Nick Johnson had one run, three hits, and one RBI; while Ryan Zimmerman had one run, one hit and one RBI for the Nationals (23-32), who have split their last six games.

Winner Ramon Ortiz (4-4) yielded four runs and six hits in 6 2/3 innings with one walk and seven strikeouts.

Damian Miller hit a two-run homer; Corey Koskie had two runs and one hit; while Corey Hart had one hit and one RBI for the Brewers (26-29), who lost their sixth straight game.

Losing pitcher Dana Eveland fell to 0-3.
