Herron, Pampling share Colonial lead

FORT WORTH, Texas, May 20 (UPI) -- Tim Herron shot a 2-under 68 Saturday to tie Rod Pampling for the lead after three rounds of the PGA's Colonial Golf Tournament at Fort Worth, Texas.

Herron stood at 10-under 200 for 54 holes, joined in the lead by second-round leader Pampling, who managed an even-par 70 in round three.

Nathan Green (67) and Peter Lonard (69) share third place at 9-under with Richard S. Johnson (68). Bo Van Pelt (67) and Charley Hoffman (71) are tied for sixth at eight-under 202 with Henrik Bjornstad, who shot a 1-under 69 Saturday.

Nick O'Hern posted a 2-under 68 to move to 7-under 203. He shares ninth place with Fredrik Jacobson (70), Dean Wilson (71) and first-round leader Stewart Cink (72).
