Casey leads British Masters by two shots

SUTTON COLDFIELD, England, May 12 (UPI) -- Paul Casey of England has a three-stroke lead after two rounds of the British Masters Golf Tournament at Sutton Coldfield, England.

With a score of 11-under-par 133, Casey, who shot 6-under 66 on Friday, leads countryman Darren Clarke after 36 holes.

"There's a lot of golf left," Casey said. "'I've been fortunate to keep it out of trouble. It is far from over."

Clarke, who was tied with Peter Hanson of Sweden for the lead after Thursday's first round at 67, carded a 2-under 70 and is alone at 8-under 136 overall.

Stephen Gallacher of Scotland and Peter O'Malley of Australia both shot 6-under 66, and are tied for third place at 7-under 137 overall with England's Ian Poulter (69), reigning U.S. Open champion Michael Campbell (70) of New Zealand and Sweden's Johan Edfors (69).

Hanson (72) fell into a tie for eighth at 6-under 138.
