SAN DIEGO, May 7 (UPI) -- Khalil Greene had four hits and four RBI Sunday to help San Diego beat the Chicago Cubs, 6-3, for its eighth straight win.
Rob Bowen had two runs, two hits and one RBI; and Josh Barfield had a run and two hits for the Padres (16-15), who rose above .500 for the first time since Opening Day.

Winner Woody Williams (3-1) gave up three runs and eight hits in five innings. Brian Sweeney picked up his first save.
Aramis Ramirez hit a solo home run, Jerry Hairston Jr. had two hits and one RBI, and Jacque Jones had one hit and one RBI for the Cubs (14-16), who have lost six in a row.
Loser Angel Guzman dropped to 0-2.
